Brief introduction of the presenter：
Tegegne Gebre Egziabher is Professor of Regional and Urban Development and Planning and the Director of the Institute of Development and Policy Research at Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. He is the recipient of a Fulbright award for Ph.D study. He also has received research grant awards from Organization for Social Science Research in Eastern and Southern Africa, Mazingira Institute (a domestic transnational organization, within the civil society, based in Kenya), andAfrican Clothing and Footwear Research Network. He has published extensively.
